Singapore hosts the regional headquarters of a large share of the world's multinationals. Leaders here run teams across very different markets, cultures and regulatory systems, often reporting to a global board on the other side of the world. It is demanding work, and it builds exactly the experience that global employers want.

That experience raises a question for many regional leaders: what comes next, and where? Some aim for a global role. Others look to the Gulf, where demand for leaders with Asian regional experience is strong.

Built in Singapore

Dr Kate built much of her corporate career in Singapore. She was a Senior Partner in PwC's South East Asia consulting practice, where she led a $300 million workforce transformation platform across Asia. She was also Vice President and Executive HR Advisor at SAP SuccessFactors. She advises the Singapore government today.

Singapore is also one of the main markets her relocating clients come from. For executives considering the UAE, she identifies the organisations that fit and makes the introductions herself.

Programme details

Sessions run by video conference, with in-person meetings when Dr Kate is in Singapore. The engagement lasts six or twelve months, with a 90-minute session each month, and begins with a full leadership assessment.
